My name is Geertje Swinkels<\/strong>. I have been working as a midwife since 2003 and as a sonographer since 2013\u2014two fields that allow me to guide people through moments of profound change, growth, and new life. In 2025, I added a new role that naturally aligns with who I am and how I have always worked: life coach and equine-assisted coach.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

I am the mother of four sons:
Huub (2006), Rein (2008), Noud (2010), and Giel (2015).<\/strong>
Motherhood has shaped, softened, challenged, and deepened me. They taught me more about love, trust, and resilience than any formal training ever could\u2014and they make guiding parents and expectant parents feel so natural to me. <\/p>\n

Working in the world<\/h2>\n

Since 2021, I have traveled to Africa every year to do development work as a midwife. There, I collaborate with local healthcare providers, mothers, and families. These journeys have deeply affected me: the simplicity, strength, vulnerability, and wisdom of life I encounter there have changed my perspective forever. <\/p>\n

I also work extensively with expats and internationals\u2014people from diverse countries, cultures, and backgrounds. Their stories and perspectives greatly enrich my work. Although ways of life differ from place to place, I see time and again that the essence remains the same: the connection with oneself and the passing on of life. <\/p>\n

My strength<\/h2>\n

My strength lies in genuine presence, in establishing a pure connection\u2014both with people and with the unborn child in the womb. Over the years, I have learned to listen to subtle signals: from a body wanting to convey something, from a mother feeling uncertain, and from a baby moving and making its presence felt in the quiet.<\/p>\n

I bring that same sensitivity and clarity to my coaching. I quickly spot where someone is getting stuck, what lies hidden beneath their words, and where there is room for movement or a hidden desire. <\/p>\n

My own Hoofprints<\/h2>\n

Sinds 2020 ben ik bewust bezig met het ontrafelen van mijn eigen hoofprints en innerlijke blauwdruk. Dat pad bracht me langs lichaamsgericht werk, systemisch werk, het zichtbaar maken van zielsverlangens en uiteindelijk ook het werken met paarden.\u2028 Het was een reis van thuiskomen bij mezelf \u2014 laag voor laag, in mijn eigen tempo.<\/p>\n
